All orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours via UPS Ground. Orders received on the weekend will ship the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to you upon request via e-mail.
 
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75.00. A UPS Ground shipping charge of $7.50 will be automatically added to your total order upon checkout for orders under $75.00. If an order must be sent via UPS Overnight, please contact us for the shipping amount.

For all orders sent via UPS, please provide a physical street address, not a PO Box. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.
 
If the correct shipping address is not provided with the order, and UPS returns the package to our office, you will be charged $6.50 to resend the order to the correct address.
 
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Territories will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices and batons, cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than UPS GROUND.
